| The software development and service industry has developed rapidly in the past decade,and software service in the field of real estate service,as a field under development in the software industry,has developed rapidly in recent years.As a key position in software development and service enterprises,R&D personnel play a vital role in the development of the company.Therefore,it is the focus on how to improve the performance of R&D personnel to help enterprises better serve customers,develop software products with better quality and achieve long-term development of enterprises.This paper combines theoretical research with questionnaire survey and interview to optimize the research work.Firstly,the research background and significance,the overall research objective and research content are introduced,and the writing logic is introduced in combination with the research methods and research ideas.Secondly,it presents related concepts and theories of performance management and performance management tools as the theoretical basis of this paper.At the same time,the opinions of scholars and researchers on the common problems of performance management for software developers and the interpretation of common countermeasures are collated and reviewed.A case study of the current situation of performance management on C company,this paper further analyzes the problems of performance management of software personnel in C company by questionnaire survey and key person interview,such as low recognition degree of performance indicator design,lack of communication in the process of performance management,lack of recognition degree of performance appraisal results,and ineffective incentive effect of employees.The reasons leading to the problem include unreasonable design of performance indicators,equating performance management with performance appraisal,non-standard performance appraisal and narrow application range of performance results.Finally,combined with the theory and research results,this paper summarizes the performance management optimization suggestions for R&D personnel in C company,which include optimizing performance indicators by combining ability and quality training,establishing whole-process performance communication and feedback mechanism,standardizing performance appraisal system by combining 360-degree evaluation method,and expanding the application of performance appraisal results to complete related optimization of performance management.Moreover,to ensure the successful implementation of optimized countermeasures,C company is better to creat a good performance culture and atmosphere,establish performance cognition and performance communication training,ensure the professionalization of position development system and develop and use performance management system.This paper aims to the optimization of R&D personnel performance management system of C Company,and combines the management problems and performance management status of the R&D department to design the optimization scheme of performance management system to help employees better complete their work,create personal value,assist employees to grow with the enterprise,and realize the long-term development of the company. |
