The Design And Implementation Of A System About IT Operation Management In A Certain Ministry

In recent years, in order to constantly adapt to the situation development, make changes and innovation, the information management department of a ministry has improved the management methods scientifically, increased the financial input in the informatization construction, built physical environment monitoring system, OPENVIEW, QUEST and other IT resources monitoring tools and integrated monitoring platform. The use of these resources monitoring tools and comprehensive monitoring platform ensures the normal and stable operation of various application systems and IT resources, improves the efficiency of operation maintenance and the ability of monitoring management bringing a great using effect. However, with the expansion of equipment and business scale, and a higher and more specified requirements for the monitoring management, the ministry has become more and more urgent to improve and expand the existing tools and platforms.According to this background, using the technology concept of fusion and open, and based on the existing operational management tools using the thinking way of system integration construction, which means to realize the operation monitoring, diagnosis, adjustment and optimization for IT infrastructure and business application system on the basis of the network environment and business characteristics in all computer rooms now. It can gradually make the whole business system rationalization, to realize a unified maintenance operation by constructing an integrated operations for real-time monitoring integrated management platform.This paper introduces the design and implementation of IT operations management system including the related system concepts, technology bases, requirements analysis, detailed designs, and how to implement the related technical features. System implementation including: acquiring the integration interface, monitoring process analyzing of data, monitoring visual display, and other main functions like collection management of information asset. In order to ensure the safety of the ministries in each application system, stable, efficient, and continue to run, to further strengthen operational work scientific, fine management, constantly improve the quality and efficiency of operational work, further strengthen the ministries operations support management control, this system builds a unified, standardized, scientific and reasonable, safe and efficient integrated operational foundation support platform.
