In recent years, as China's economic development, civil aviation industry has achieved sustained and rapid development. The throughput of passenger and cargo in Large and medium airports has a significant increase. The scale of airports has a large expanding, and the pressure has a sharp rise.Therefore, some higher requirements are put forward in all aspects of airport management, especially in airport operations and optimize resource allocation and resource management. The traditional Command and Control Modelâ…¡has been unable to meet operational requirements. In order to improve the efficiency of airport operations, to ensure normal flight, and to achieve high quality and efficient service, it is necessary for constructing one airport operations resource management information system and resource allocation management system with a set of high standards, strict specifications and a high accuracy. The research of the flight Management System based on Production Run Airport makes perfect sense for improving the efficiency of airport operations and ensuring flight safety, punctuality.This paper briefly describes the construction status of civil aviation, discusses the development requirements of civil aviation airport management information. Around the requirements of civil aviation information technology and development trends, combined with the Guangzhou airport information system project, the corresponding key technology is analyzed and one airport operations resource management system based on a three-level scheduling mode is designed.This paper analyzes the production and protection of civil airports on the basis of business processes, in accordance with the three scheduling ideas, divides major business modules and functions, standardizes business processes within each module. It focuses on the protection of flight safety resource allocation stands punctuality, baggage turntable and the distribution of gate management and other important production processes.On the basis of the demand analysis about the operator resource of Guangzhou airport, the overall framework of the airport resource management system is given. The classes involved in the sub-module, database tables, precondition, input, output, and process and algorithm logic are deeply designed. And then, system implementation is completed by using the corresponding development tools. In addition, the paper also improves the system problems arising from the use. strengthens the system's practicality and maneuverability.Finally, the paper summarizes the research work done, and follow-up study of the subject, development prospect.
