With the continuous development of information technology, information process of various institutions are developed constantly and fast, resource management information, which integrate databases and multimedia information technology, came into being the future trend to create advancing teaching resources management platform and manage internet resourceseffectively.Towards the characteristics of commuting teaching resource management system, based on J2 EE and Myeclipse development platform, using SSH technology development framework to design and realize management system. Firstly, analyzed the needs of teaching resources management system and the overall business requirements, application requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements respectively.Secondly, based on the needs analyzing, defining business logic structure and technical architecture of the system, separating the system functions into course management modules such as courseware management module, the job management module and system management module, while making conceptual and logic design of the back-end database. Thirdly, based on Eclipse platform and J2 EE technology to develop the teaching resources management system, the system uses three-tier model to realize the system function for students, staff and system administrators, respectively.With struts2 to realize the presentation layer, with spring to realize the business logic layer achieve and with hibernate to realize the data persistence layer. Finally, testing the functionality of the system which shows that the commuting teaching resource management system designed and implemented in this paper can perform the pre-designed system functions properly, meet the application needs of job uploading, courseware downloading, courseware publishing and user managementof system.The commuting teaching resource management system designed in this paper has practical significance in two aspects. In the one hand, transferring the knowledge to the actual program development, benefit in enhancing my coding skills. On the other hand, meet the features of teaching resources management system and have guiding significance for the development of teaching resources management system.
