Concurrently, the infomationization for some universities have advanced to the new era in which the information resources will be integrated, developed and utilized, rather than network development is just website development. Aiming at the present status of the digitized campuses of the Chinese universities, in which there are so many isolated subsystems in different sections, The existing problem are the deficiencies of the coherent plans and the standards for the formed campus informationization constructions, the levels for applications and services are low. So many isolated information island have limited the share of the information resources. How to integrate all the information systems and make them sharable among all the systems have been concerned by the universities. The study to the above problems is present in the paper. For the seamless sharing among all the information systems, and the realization of the web-based anthropomorphized management for the different sections, the information resources sharing model based on .NET Framework is proposed, with which the decision makers could grasp accurately all the aspects of the universities. The development, features and architectures are firstly introduced in the paper, the current mainstream distributed components and the web services technologies are introduced either, to give the ideas that make the data sharable among the systems with the Web Service mode. The compositions, mechanisms and the related important protocols of the Web Service are analyzed. At the same time, all the important components, architectures and principles of the .NET Framework are also depicted. And then, there is the analysis to the configurations of the .NET Framework-based distributed systems. And the .NET Framework-based information resources sharing model is brought forth, by the existing educational information resources, through the web services by all the functional sections, the bi-directional options for the graduation designing are realized upon the model. To format the retrieval result into the universal XML, the needed content are displayed in the corresponding web pages. In the model, each section takes the role as the service provider, to set up the trusted Web Service, all the departments take the role as the service consumer, all data from the different sections are retrieved directly by the independent program interfaces and the data resources sharing are realized by this way. To resolve the slow response problem with the asynchronous calling web service mechanism, the page response speed has been enhanced, some better resolutions to the encountered problems when realize the model are given in the paper.
