Novel coronavirus and 5G era,G media company has become the largest private media entertainment group in China.As the new media industry has become more competitive,the G media company's original strategy is no longer able to meet the development needs.Therefore,the G media development strategy is comprehensively analyzed and optimized.Only by doing so can enterprises gain competitive advantages and enhance their core competitiveness.This paper starts with the current development strategy and existing problems of G media company,based on the relevant theories of strategic management,analyzes the internal and external environment of the company deeply,formulates new strategic objectives and plans,and finally puts forward safeguard measures.It is pointed out that under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in the media industry,on the one hand,the company should integrate its own advantages,adopt the integration strategy and related diversification strategy to build a "Pan entertainment" group.On the other hand,we should take the lead in realizing the forward-looking strategic layout of the business layer which combines the new industrial forms with the market sinking layout,accelerate the transformation and upgrading,and cultivate dynamic and sustainable competitive advantages. |
