Compared with other main video sites such as i QIYI, Letv, Youku Tudou, etc., barrage site Bilibili has a large number of "die-hard fans", they not only long-term stationed Bilibili looking for video, but also used to leave the video on other website to barrage site posted to look or even in other sites have seen a video also want to go to barrage site to see it again.And this can attract the user's quality is just what this paper to analyze.The barrage of video as a new thing, attracting the attention of everyone, and also had a lot of related articles. But most of them are the simple introduction of the barrage of video.Research has remained mostly in the self-made program content operation and operating status of the analysis and research, specifically for the user stickiness maintenance analysis is less and less. Using literature data method, questionnaire survey method, normative analysis and empirical analysis method of combining, the Bilibili user viscosity maintenance strategy analysis, through maintenance of Bilibili user stickiness analysis, I hope that can cause other video sites and the media to the user experience, user stickiness itself attention, at the same time, through the first-hand questionnaire, and the user analysis of Bilibili, it is concluded that the Bilibili in the user and maintenance aspects of the business strategy, to the other media website to provide reference to the examples.Bilibili has developed for six years,Bilibili of growing the reason formally in importance to the user, the user is always as is the core of Bilibili in terms of all aspects of the user to optimize the content, content settings and upgrades to be based on user needs, to maintain the user to line up and down the line, while not lose their own characteristics.
