Dynamic asset management related to asset utilization and asset security, and involves the addition, delete, update, such as cleaning, depreciation, maintenance and some tedious process. Usually adopting the bar code technology to manage asset accounts, but it is difficult to give full play to its function for the dynamic management of equipment in the area of the whole experiment. As the Internet of things technology and radio frequency technology become more mature, this paper intends to develop a dynamic asset management system, and using the RFID tag to replace bar code label to manage dynamic the management of assets, and thus improve the management efficiency of the assets.The main research work is as follows:1) Key technology of research on the Internet of things especially RFID technology, including the Internet of things theory foundation and system structure, the make up and working principle of RFID system, RFID communication protocol and the classification and application of RFID system. The need analysis of the dynamic asset management system which based on the characteristics of dynamic assets management, the present situation and existed problems, and detailed analysis to functional requirements and performance requirements, establish a goal, architecture, and level of dynamic asset management system.2) System hardware architecture design, the detailed design of dynamic asset management system according to the system requirements and relevant specification, hardware architecture and main function module design, the system hardware mainly includes reader and writer, antenna and electronic label the three main modules. The software designation of the system includes system software framework design, data flow diagram design, data form design, the main function module design and system design of terminal.3)The test and analysis of the system. Completed the code and mode based on the designation, and writing software test cases according to the demade, and software function test execution shall be carried out in accordance with the test cases and test analysis.
