Electronic operation and maintenance system from the bottom most fundamentally power telecom operation integrated centralized maintenance, effective allocation of human, achieve equipment, information and other resources, make the operation and maintenance management standardization, standardization, to strengthen the supporting role of the market and business, establish a market-oriented, customer as the center, the benefit as the target the production system, the introduction of professional network wide integration.Operation and maintenance management based on the actual situation of Sichuan branch of China Telecom, firstly on the basis of background and source of the project, then a detailed in-depth analysis of user functional requirements, based on China Telecom Group CTG-MBOSS information standard system and the design goal principle, determine the system technology platform and system architecture, combing the telecom operation and maintenance management business processes, complete requirement analysis and design of electronic operation and maintenance system, complete the software function module development work, finally make the software system woking properly.The system adopted the design idea of component design, using UML Rational ROSE object oriented design method is analyzed based on the design of system architecture of 3 layer distributed B/S architecture for JAVA implementation based on EE, using Web Logic as the middleware, the use of EOMS Primeton EOS platform based on the ORALCE database. The system includes the unified portal, operation management, personal studio, fault maintenance work order management, schedule management, duty management, dispatching management, machine calendar card management, outsourcing management, system management, unified system platform interface function module. This paper focuses on the analysis of the functional requirements, system design and unified portal and unified system platform interface function module are described in detail.
