Along with the advancement of modern science and technology, industry automation becomes more and more quick and sophisticated, so it is very necessary to exactly implement motion positioning. It is very practical significance and market value to achieve fast and accurate motion positioning.The thesis explores the two-axis coordinated motion control system which is used to implement the billet marking purpose based on PLC. PLC is used as the core motion controller of the control system, Delta touch screen is used as a major man-machine control interface and two servo systems are used as drivers and implementing agencies. Through the cooperative motion control of three servo motors can achieve a fast and precise positioning function in the three-dimensional spaceIn this paper,it is firstly introduced that the design of movement positioning system. Design the control scheme of two-axis coordinated motion and positioning system according to the control requirements and select the appropriate parts for each control unit according to the control scheme. Select the appropriate mode servo motors and complete the wiring of the servo motors and the parameter setting of servo driver after researching and calculating the technical indicators of motion control system.In this paper,serial port communication protocol and Modbus based on protocol industrial Ethernet is detailed introduced.It is also introduced that serial port communication protocol and Modbus based on protocol industrial Ethernet.
