China's media industry mainly experienced four stages of development:First, the traditional daily stage, on behalf of the party and the country,it will play the role of the media propaganda mouthpiece.Second, half market stage, the party newspaper and city newspaper began to actively explore the market rules,born in the "salon" and "reader" as the representative of the type of media content.The third stage, the transformation of the internet. Traditional media have to learn from Sina, Sohu and other portals,to build a website, transforming into network media.Fourth, the social media stage, the communication mode of fragmentation conforms to the requirements of the new era of mobile social users.With the help of Internet tools, everyone can be relatively independent content producers and the spread of information.With the rise of social media, to "Luogic Show" as the representative of the video We-Media,quickly won the attention of users, and got the user's favorite.Currently the mainstream of Internet companies, such as Youku, Sohu, iqiyi,Tou Tiao,they all develop their own video channel.The reasons for the rapid development of the video We-Media include the demonstration effect of industry representatives,but it is more comfortable than picture,text and audio to meet the needs of user's personalized content.By the end of 2015,The Newrank released "survival status survey of We-Media",the number of We-Media can profit less than half, more than 60% of We-Media monthly operating income is less than ten thousand.In addition to the profit situation is worrying,We-Media is also facing a single issue of profit mode, more than 70% of We-Media's main source of profit mode is the advertising service or software text marketing services.The video We-Media is facing the same problem as other media:how to carry out commercial exploration, to build their own business model.Business model is the basis for the survival and development of the video We-Media, immature business model of the video We-Media is difficult to continue to develop healthily.In this paper, we construct a model of the five factors framework for the analysis of the video We-Media's business model in the Interneteconomy,in order to analyze the business model of "Luogic Show", and to draw lessons from the relevant experience and inspiration,aiming to explore a path to build a business model that can be replicated.
