Real-time Database System is the core to realize the integrated automation system in process enterprises, and lays a solid foundation for the realization of advanced process control, process simulation and the optimization of production scheduling. As a bridge connecting the process control network and management network, it has played a critical role in linking the preceding and the following. It supplies process enterprises with unified and complete real-time data acquisition, storage and monitoring functions.Aiming at the integrated automation system of national petroleum refining equipment quality supervision and inspection center, a data and information management system of the measurement and control system is studied in the thesis. The data and information management system is to combine field test data with the management system of the inspection center, so that the data processing, exchange, sharing and long-term preservation, etc. can be achieved. The monitoring layer is composed of PLC and industrial control computers, Profi Bus is adopted to realize network communication. PLC achieves the collection and processing of real-time test data, as upper industrial control software of measurement and control system, Win CC is used to monitor test process, every laboratory can be relatively independent when operating. The management layer uses industrial Ethernet and Industrial Personal Computer communication to transfer and store the inspection data into the SQL Server in the testing center, achieving the integration of management and control in the process of equipment quality supervision and inspection.This thesis, by virtue of the actual needs of the National Testing Center, analyzes the design objective and function realization of the real-time database system from an overall perspective and studies the structure of Win CC-based real-time database system. Besides, a data storage model and a data service model are created for the real-time database system by integrating the characteristics of testing data. In view of the analysis of the access mode of historical data saved in Win CC and the research on the Win CC custom database and VBS script programming method, it puts forward two storage solutions: Win CC custom database and SQL Data Server, develops the data exchange technology between Win CC custom database and SQL Server database, and researches data archived filing method. Using Ethernet data exchange technology and SQL data query technology, the effective test data is dumped to SQL Server, realizing the permanent save and query of test data.In view of the testing equipment at the national testing center produced by different manufacturers, the thesis takes OPC data access specification and OPC object interface as its research object and expounds OPC technology in detail and puts forward a designing scheme for a VB-based OPC Client. Using the OPC Client, it transmits and stores real time data into the database and tests the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. Adopting OPC technology, it achieves data communication between the real time database system and data communication of Matlab and draws real time Performance Curves for mud pump online. This method is of certain reference value for test data analysis and processing.
