This thesis is mainly about the research of Real-Time database of supervisory control and data acquisition configuration software .The main contributes lies in the following facets. Firstly, time dimensionality is added to the database and the data is bound with a time tag,so we can evaluate the real-time ability of data through the PRI based on time. That is different from the traditional database. Secondly, we store the data of real-time database by the way of Memory Database. The organization form of the database and the index are based on the HASH table that is a high efficient structure. This kind of structure makes the search of position of data more rapidly which solves the choke point problem of I/O. Thirdly, as well as the historical data, the issue provides a way of data buffer, which construct a thread with lowest PRI to deal with the historical data, to increase the reasonability of storage time. By this way, we could increase the real-time performance of real-time database .As to the dealing of real-time transactions, this thesis gives a dispatch mechanism, which is based on the PRI, using a dynamic, exhausted method, combined with the mechanism of WINDOWS multi-thread. Not only could this way make the best of the advantage of WINDOWS mechanism but also make the use of the driver way based on the PRI of time, and could make the two ways into one with coherent cooperation. So the real-time performance of real-time database will be increased due to the mechanism. Through the active mechanism with real-time data, make the database system acquire the ability of active supervisory control. At last, as to the I/O server which is very important for real-time database of supervisory control and data acquisition configuration software, this issue provides a data model through unification and abstraction, which make a unified interface to access outside devices for real-time database.In a word, what I have done is trying my best to make the best use of the system resource, which will be utilized reasonably and efficiently. So the supervisory control and data acquisition configuration software and its core of real-time database will acquire more predominant performance.Through setting up an experiment circumstance, we have validated the function of supervisory control and data acquisition configuration software. And the experiment result showed that these methods and technique means could increase the real-time performance of real-time database.
