Basis for formulation of plan and design process, drawing of DCS control system configuration, establishing database, write control program, design and production operation pictures,write for me benzene hydrogenation refining some production control program of the characteristics of the device, to complete the control requirements.Putting-in-service proactively make instrument control, the control precision of the system, the real-time performance and reliability, the instrument of the automatic control level was improved, the failure rate greatly reduced. On how to improve the collecting and distributing control system of the complete set of speed, ensure the maturity and reliability of the system, carries on the analysis, make the system flexible use, easy to modify and maintain. In order to promote the localization of DCS system, in the process of production through the screening, classification, in-depth analysis of what factors in influencing the stability of the DCS system;And the method of solution, to ensure the system is reliable and stable operation, prolong the service life.
