Industrial Internet of Things(IoT)is the cornerstone of smart manufacturing,and IoT gateways are the key devices for data access of industrial IoT.Graphical configuration software is an important tool for the IoT gateway to support dynamic configuration to deal with the diversity of application scenarios.This paper mainly involves the key technology selection that the configuration software realizes,the design and realization of the configuration software,and the function of the AriG gateway is improved to adapt to the graphical configuration and data flow aggregation.The main content is:(1)Investigated the common configuration software implementation methods,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different frameworks,and combined with the demand analysis to select the Eclipse-based Graphical Modeling Framework(GMF)to implement the software.GMF is a bridge between the Eclipse Modeling Framework(EMF)and the Graphical Editing Framework(GEF).It integrates EMF modeling and automatic code generation capabilities and GEF graphical editing capabilities,simplifying the implementation of configuration software.(2)Through the demand analysis,the function of the configuration software and the detailed design of the configuration process were proposed.The configuration software's equipment selection,compilation project,project download and other functions are realized.The concept of device library was put forward,and the data aggregation function was realized during compiling the project,which laid a foundation for the gateway to optimize data collection.(3)The function of the gateway is improved,and the access of the OPC protocol is realized.Most industrial control systems support OPC protocol,make the gateway compatible with the existing system,gather OPC data directly.Broaden the application space of IoT gateways.(4)Do a functional test of the configuration software and Do a joint debugging between the configuration software and IoT gateway to meet the functional requirements.The experimental results show that the data flow aggregation significantly improves the data collection efficiency of the gateway and shortens the data acquisition time.The joint debugging also fully proves the availability of this configuration software.
