In recent years,the video monitoring technology has developed rapidly with the development of computer,network and storage technology.From the early simulation video monitoring,the middle of the digital video surveillance to the current intelligent network video monitoring technology,video monitoring has been widely used in many fields.Wireless video monitoring system based on mobile platform is the rapid development of mobile Internet environment arises at the historic moment.This paper designs and implements a wireless video monitoring system based on Android platform,which can be used in many fields.The system not only solves the cable video monitoring system wiring troubles,high cost and flexibility can be extended low is using P2 P technology,OpenGL ES render technology,multi-thread mechanism,and the data caching,realize the real-time video monitoring and control functions.In this paper,firstly,the video monitoring technology and the current situation and development trend of understanding,according to the function requirements of the video monitoring system,through on the Android platform,audio and video coding decoding,multimedia transmission protocol and P2 P to solve scheme and other related technologies in-depth research,the construction of the whole system do detailed design,and the Android platform design based on ffmpeg decoding scheme.This system uses OpenGL ES rendering technology,make full use of Android system GPU,greatly improve the efficiency of drawing.At last,the paper introduces the development and implementation of Android client,and the system performance is tested and analyzed.Wireless monitoring system based on Android platform which has the characteristics of real time and high definition is realized finally.The system can not only be used as a video monitoring,but also can be easily embedded into the smart home,UAV(unmanned aerial vehicles)and other projects,to provide the basis for the relevant project research and development.
