At present, the allocation of China’s medical resources is uneven. Advantage medical resources are concentrated in large hospitals, but local and community health service institutions are lacking. It’s difficult and expensive for ordinary people to see doctors, which becomes a major social host issue. In order to deepen the medical and health system reform, China puts forward the concept of the medical association in "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". Hospitals across the country are scrambling to develop a variety of medical association mode, but most of them are the medical association mode based on the regional division. There is not the medical association mode based on the major diseases division.People’s health is threatened by the major chronic diseases. In order to optimize medical resource allocation and provide more efficient services for major chronic diseases patients, the paper takes stroke as the entry point and constructs the stroke medical association which is consists of tertiary hospitals, secondary hospitals and community health centers. It firstly proposes a collaborative service pattern of medical association for stroke prevention and treatment. However, the medical information of the stroke medical association is isolated. Cloud computing technology is a computing model which provides dynamic, scalable, virtualized resources through the Internet and can help break the information silos problem between the medical institutions. Therefore, this paper uses cloud computing technology to support this model and put forwards the research of the stroke medical association information sharing platform based on the cloud computing. And it researches the following contents.(1) Build a stroke medical association mode. According to the medical association theory, the paper puts forwards stroke medical association mode based on the analysis of existing medical association mode. Stroke Medical association collaborates to prevent and treat stroke patients taking them as the center.(2) Put forward the business processes of cloud platform. Based on the analysis of stroke Medical association mode business processes, the paper analyzes the business processes of cloud platform, including data processing business processe and user access the cloud platform business processes.(3) Build a framework model of the cloud platform. The paper put forwards the cloud computing framework model according to cloud computing theory and analyzes the model from the theoretical and technical perspective. (4) Put forward the design scheme of the cloud computing. It includes the overall and detailed design. For example, the design of software application layer, such as the module design of information sharing system business process; the design of infrastructure layer, such as hardware selection and virtualization layer design; the design of intermediate platform, such as the allocation of virtual resources; database and network design of cloud platform.(5) Realize the stroke medical association information sharing cloud platform. According to the analysis and design of the cloud platform, the paper constructs the stroke medical association which is consists of Tiantan Hospital, Puren Hospital and Fangzhuang Community and builds the cloud platform environment and completes the development of information sharing system using cloudstack, asp.net, C#and other technologies. The doctors and stroke patients can log in the cloud platform to view the information of each part of the stroke prevention and treatment, which promotes the realization of stroke medical association mode. |
