In recent years,with the continuous economic development of our country,the demand of finance and banking service is increasing,especially for the Rural Credit Cooperative(RCC)in village and town areas.In addition to providing the traditional business,such as deposits,withdrawals,paying utility bills,money transfer and conduct financial transactions,etc.,as well as the health insurance,social security and other social services for farmers.Now that increasingly serious incidents of financial fraud,banks like RCC tend to be very strict to control the business processes.Therefore,the process of bank business usually takes quite a long time.With the use of numbers to calling machines,banks require customers to take a number and wait for calling,during which many people are in a wait state,thus is time-wasting.Therefore,how to scientifically arrange clients to complete some necessary preparations while waiting for the call number is efficient way to improve the services.The main work and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:1.According to the requirements of bank customer service and the customer's operation convenience,the requirement analysis and system design are carried out,as to realize the goal of improving customer service.2.Number capturing and self-fill single preprocessing system was designed,which rely the customers to use the waiting time to complete preparatory works,such as self-fill business forms.3.Considering the banking services home and abroad,the calling procedure and the interact process,the interface of front/background database business reporting are optimized,which improved the processing speed of the system.This is not only use to optimize resource usage of database but also reduce data error,in order to saving service time and efficiency of RCC or other banks.This dissertation describes the feasibility study,demand analysis,detailed design,and database design of the system,including the business flowchart,data flow diagram,and major function module realization.The main banking business modules were tested,and the test results meet the pre-set target.Based on this system,we will further develop a more intelligent and self-service counter system,and ultimately unmanned type of business,which will improve service efficiency of RCC or other banks.
