The manual call inquiry system of Tianjin policy (hereinafter referred to as "manual inquiry system" for short) provide the 24-hours information inquiry service for the policeman, so as to provide information inquiries for the policemen who were unable to access the network. The manual inquiry system equivalent to a small call center. This article aimed at the problems that the blocking of the call center and the customer impatient to wait for, then analyze the established model, so we can improve the performance of the system to make sure that the system more accurate and practical.Firstly, this article introduced the basic related knowledge about the call system and the queuing theory, then analyzed the performance of the M/M/m queuing model and the impatient M/M/s/k+M queuing model which manual inquiry system was based on using the queuing theory,also,the analytical results were also calculated using the MATLAB technology.Last,the article simulated the manual inquiry system model using the MATLAB.The result of this article is of great importance to the designing and improving of the manual inquiry system.
