With the rapid development of Internet and increasingly fierce market competition,more and more enterprises have focused on and adopted the CRM(Customer Relationship Management)system.At present,many enterprises have more and more product requirements for personalized customization of CRM systems in call center.However,CRM systems developed by developers for different enterprises have greatly difference in business logic and code implementation,and it's hard to reuse and increasing development and maintenance costs.Aiming at this problem,this paper refers to and summarizes the existing interface automatic generation technology and combines it with the business background of CRM system,then designs and implements the CRM personalized business customization system based on the highly dynamic configurable and component-oriented concept.It abstracts the different business backgrounds and dynamically handles the differences in requirements to meet custom demands at the system function,page layout,and form field level.This paper transforms the traditional coding custom development way into graphical configuration pattern by using CRM personalized business customization system,which can accomplish rapid system development without any code preparation and reduce the requirement of business developer's programming ability.This paper first introduces the related technologies involved in the development of the entire system.After that,through the research and analysis of CRM systems with different business backgrounds,the entire project's functional and non-functional requirements are sorted out.According to the demand analysis,the automatic generation model of the CRM system interface is proposed,and then introduces the hierarchical structure design and overall business customization process of the system.After that,the detailed design and implementation of each module of the system are carried out.The backend adopts Spring MVC framework,the frontend adopts Ext JS framework,and the overall system configuration is stored in JSON text format.Finally,each module of the system has been tested,which proves that the system can better meet the demands of various CRM systems and effectively improve the development efficiency.
