| In recent years, with the economic globalization, foreign capital has been introduced and capital intergration has emerged. Moreover, China marketization of interest rate has made rapid progress. Under such backgrounds, bank profit space is narrowing and the domestic financial institutions begin to focus on the cost control. The rural commercial banks evolved from the original rural credit cooperatives. Due to the historical and institutional reasons, rural commercial banks exist some problems compared to other commercial banks in terms of cost management means and methods. At present, many rural commercial banks take the measures of original cost management and expense reimbursement. The traditional cost reimbursement model appears to be clear and effective, but with the promotion of the flat financial management of rural commercial banks and the increase of business outlets, its disadvantages come out. Therefore, from the perspective of rural commercial banks’ cost management, the formation of a standardized, scientific and fine cost management system is meaningful and necessary for rural commercial banks to improve their cost management. In order to develop a set of perfect cost management system, soft designer must make the most of computer technology.This paper analyzes the domestic and international cost management system research status and development trend, and on this basis, it is combined with the cost management status of rural commercial banks and the system construction. According to the design idea of software engineering, it introduces and implements cost management of rural commercial banks in detail in terms of the analysis of needs, detailed design, system testing and other aspects. The paper design and implement a fine cost management system of rural commercial banks based on J2EE platform.The system uses J2EE as the development platform by B/S system drive configuration, which is combined with the specific needs of rural commercial bank cost management. It realizes the beforehand control that budget affect the actual business, the in-process control that cost approval authority and process affect actual business, and multidimensional management of cost control and automatic collection.Through system test and on-line operation, system operates steadily, which meets the requirements of cost management for rural commercial banks. At the same time, the system supports the user to design the approval process according to the actual demand, which is helpful for the promotion of the system. |
