Along with the pace of the transformation in China’s banking reform, theperformance management of commercial banks also have taken great changes. For thebanks’ performance management, employee performance evaluation is a sensitive,important and also complex part. But in the current teller’s assessment management,many commercial banks’ appraisal system pays the tellers according to theirbranches’ operating efficiency,or the deposits they acquire.However,this way ofevaluation is lack of rationality and easily leads to many management problemswithin the bank.Therefore,evaluating the tellers from various aspects and establishingan appropriate system to pay tellers according to their work can stimulate employees’initiative and creativity,which can also help to achieve the balance between businessrisk and profitability.The thesis is based on the analysis of Hunan Rual Commercial Bank’s currentbusiness statistics situation, trying to develop a labor payment management systemfor bank tellers.The system uses Java Web technology and DB2database,combinedwith eclipse development tools and tomcat5.5web servers to develop a laborpayment management system which functions are relatively better. The paper has seta quantitative indicators when discussing the connotation of management factorsallocation,thus establishing a system model that can doing teller assessment.Atlast,the thesis designs the functional modules by using the model,thereby achievingthe functions of user management,teller management, configuration parameters and soon.At the same time,reports related to tellers’ assessment will also be generated.The system uses computer technology to achieve the configuration managementof assessment parameters and queries of assessment results.It is a high automatic,scalable system which permissions can be configured and easy to maintain. |
