Interference simulation system is an important part of radar countermeasure simulation system and it's important to improve the performance of interference system and it's also important to assess the immunity performance of Radar system.This article analyzes the specific framework based of HLA designed of Interference simulation system. The system is combined with Visual C ++ 6.0 and mak RTI3.0. Considering the lack of time management mechanism of RTI in real-time system, Interference system uses an event-driven manner to propel the process of the system.The system configuration combines the thread of federal processing with the thread of jamming function processing,the entire system structure is divided into two main processing thread,the interface and the main processing,besides,the system can response to the real-time changes from the interface,it improves the flexibility of the system.The modular system is divided into several moudules according to different functions, these moudules are packaged into separate libraries,to improve the portability of the system effectively.The model building process of suppressive interference and deceptive interference is analyzed in the simulation function section,the model of different styles of interference is build according to the features of programming and the special character of interference,In this way the time of the system can be reduced and the efficiency increased,at the same time,analyze the jamming performance by different assessment methods according to the characteristics of jamming styles. Interference quality factor is used to assess the suppressive interference and deceptive interference is analyzed by quantitative statistical experimental way because of the diversity and complexity of the radar signal interference measures.
