According to the engine shop needs on production order processing,production planning management,management of process equipment and other,and the transmission of all kinds of information in the workshop and the daily management of the workshop,the thesis construct the information management system.By connecting the enterprise information system SAP,the information system analysis and assigning the order information,and ultimately communicated to the executive layer.At the same time to complete the data information analysis,and provide to the workshop management,and monitoring of the workshop production status and production equipment management.In the Studio Visual 2010 development platform,with C# as the programming language developed the 6K engine assembly plant information management system,which based on Manufacturing Execution System.According to the system of engine assembly workshop in the flow of information,combined with B/S and C/S structure characteristics,application of the two structures to develop software.Meanwhile on the basis of studying a large number of advanced management technology,improved the information connection and management between workshop management and execution layer,to realize the transmission of assembly information,the unified management of important data,the real-time display of the operation status of the field equipment,etc..The main research contents of this thesis include the following aspects: SAP data interface,order management,production equipment management,process management,product information management,LED screens of production workshop management etc..Through the development of the information management system of the engine workshop,further optimize the production management mode,strengthen the process management and control,to achieve the purpose of lean production and save the cost.
