The thesis discussed its requirement analysis on the functions of business procedural risk control, customer credit risk evaluation, loan asset value risk evaluation and management and exceptional events detection management functions with use-case models and information input output processing methods described. The software design scheme is described with its architecture and the internal software components configurations for the modules of business procedural risk control, customer credit risk evaluation, loan asset value risk evaluation and exceptional events detection management by means of object oriented design techniques. The major object classes' internal data structure and routines, important data and risk evaluation procedure flowcharts are presented, and the system database general design and detailed relational tablets also presented. On basis of the aforementioned design the programs implementations are briefly discussed with the representative routines, codes, distribution scheme and test cases.Zijin bank's loan business risk management system is programmed with Java at the application server platform and with DB2 as the database server. It has already undergone the on-line test and comparatively well satisfied its assigned business risk management requirements.
