Wine enterprises is a after more than 50 years of steady development of professional health wine, health care products companies. In recent years, the enterprise business performance rising, but the enterprise information construction, especially from the procurement of production line to terminal sales throughout the supply chain management, to keep pace with the needs of enterprise development strategy and the environment information age. The pressing task is to use ERP information system platform for the enterprises in the supply chain to norms,such as sales, purchasing and inventory management.In this paper, with enterprise resource planning, project management, and several theoretical knowledge of system engineering theory, using the combination of qualitative and quantitative, theory and practice method of combining the research wine enterprise ERP system implementation for supply chain. Based on the analysis on the current status of the enterprise business problem, and on the premise of enterprise implement feasible according to the practical investigation and research of enterprise requirements analysis, design completed a new business process, set up comprehensive, detailed implementation plan, and according to the ERP implementation method has been clear about the concrete project management plan, the last to summarize implementation effect and the critical success factor.
