Sharing of information resources is a key issue in the country to achieve information. In current e-government national basic database and 12 gold construction projects, how to solve the problem of the exchange and sharing information resources is urgent.The core issue in this thesis mainly discusses the security mechanism of the information resources sharing of community policing, but in the process of community policing resource sharing, the biggest obstacle is the security problem. In the process of research on security mechanism, this paper adopt USB-based embedded trusted systems which is an embedded system with the function of TPM module in USB interface after analyzing and discussing. The main reasons include the following aspects:(1) USB-based interface trusted platform module based on USB interface on chip SOC is a System which constituting by smart security chip and Flash chip, solving the disadvantages of high cost and poor flexibility in traditional TPM built in motherboard.(2) Embedded trusted system based on USB interface includes XPE embedded operating system and police information security sharing system. All the hardware and software resources are integrated into one, so that it is convenient for the operation system and the application to measure integrity and prevent illegal tampering, increasing system safety.(3) All hardware and software resources are concentrated in the USB embedded system, which is convenient to unified management and control, use and upgrade of the terminal. Embedded USB embedded trusted system, you can use the security information security sharing program; pull out the USB embedded trusted system, PC machine runs the operating system and the application in hard drive immediately, recovers to ordinary PC. In this regard, it can be seen that the embedded trusted system based on USB interface is very important for ensuring the security of information resource sharing.In short, the content of this paper is an embedded trusted system based on USB interface which is based on the embedded trusted system of police information security sharing and information protection prototype system, specific stating the details of the system framework, work flow and various modules. Due to the lack of domestic research in this field, and my limited ability, I have some problems in the research and construction of the security mechanism of information resources sharing in community policing.
