The Internet has become one of the most popular topics recent years.The rapid speed of the rise of Internet enterprises and the increasing number of start-up firms which are encouraged by the government all stem from the great backgrounds of Internet development.In this Internet development upsurges,the growing of Mobile Internet is the most eyes-catching phenomenon.In the tele-marketing enterprise,the marketing software used by the staffs of customer service is usually too complicated to operate,for example,the complex interfaces,the time-consuming information retrieving,etc.What's more,the marketing software needs to be manipulated with the telephone system,so all those factors make the utilization of marketing software become a complicated work which the staffs of customer service need a long-time training.A scientific approach to make the customer service staffs be able to contact their clients conveniently,or outsource the customer service jobs to the people who has rich spare time,manage the efficient resources reasonably,and save the investments of enterprise operations can be a topic with great scientific values.The main content of this thesis is about the implementation process of a softswitch extension application utilized on the Android platform.This application can be applied to resolve those problems which are the inconveniences of wired telephone used in companies and the over-complication of customer service system in tele-marketing enterprise,etc.In the beginning of this thesis,the software exchange technology,Android system and NDK technology are introduced.In the second part,the deeply analysis of system requirements are presented with an object-oriented method,the system requirements consist of user case analysis of telephone dialing,telephone answering,call records,business management,telephone marketing,data synchronization,etc.Then,the processes of telephone dialing,call recording,call record,data synchronization,text sending are illustrated with the activity diagrams.The last part lists all the system functional points in a way of table,and describes detailed relevant requirements of the system performance,security and interfaces.The system deployment and software architecture are designed,then the functional modules are divided into five sub-modules which are number-dialing,business,management,tele-marketing,statistical,and a detailed design is conducted with the use of package diagrams,class diagrams,activity diagrams,and sequence diagrams,etc.An overall Entity-Relation model is presented for the data design,a detailed table design is also presented for the logical design.In the end of this thesis,the design theory and relevant details of user interfaces and software interfaces are described.In the stage of implementation,the SYNWAY SIP server is used as the terminal of SIP forwards,the four steps of SIP voice call are detailed illustrated with the relevant flow diagrams.Under the testing environment of Shenzhou K650 D laptop and Red MI note2,the sounds in the SIP voice call of this system is clear,the data is normal and completed,and the manipulation of system is smooth.The testing results perfectly meet the predicted goals.This study expands business recording,merchandize ordering,data statistical and other relevant functions on the foundations of internet voice call,and adds data synchronization to ensure the convenience of system utilization.The future study of this system can be installed in multiple mobile platforms,like IOS,WP and other mobile systems.
