Customer service system is the information system for supporting process of customer services. Generally includes:sales contract and product information query, after contract management, field services management and after-sales service process management and after-sales parts information management module. The traditional customer services system, the system architecture is based on B/S and C/S architecture, these two kinds of structure need through the enterprise local area network, VPN, Internet network to use, the range has certain limitations.In order to solve the limitation of traditional customer service system, this thesis design and implement a method based on the3G network and Android system mobile customer service system, make full use of the real-time of the3G network communication, the portability of mobile phone, realized the "Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere, Any style"(4A) system application, for the whole field service process to provide immediate system support, effectively improve the efficiency of the field customer service and customer satisfaction.This thesis first expounds this topic research background, analysis of the domestic and overseas current development system situation and trend which based on Android system. In the requirement analysis, system design using object oriented analysis and design method, in the program development using agile development and test drive method. The customer system uses C/S structure, mobile client based on Android system development, the JDK+Eclipse+Android SDK+ADT building development environment, create AVD for mobile phone simulator, the development and debugging mobile terminal applications. Mobile client and server database exchange, use KSOAP2-Android call Web Services server packaging good method, Web Service call database server, realize mobile client and backend database real-time communication. Mobile client and Web Services server through the3G network connection, to ensure that the mobile client can anywhere, any time, data of interaction. The thesis presents the design and implementation of the system based on the Android mobile phone customer service system, including the sales information query module, after-sales service contract management module, field service management module, product parts management module, and system management module; Mobile client to use3G network and Web Services server connection, through the Web Services server and database server ERP data interaction, realize the customer service process real-time system integration support.The thesis presents the design and implementation of mobile phone customer service system, breaking limitations that the traditional enterprise CRM and ERP system only through the LAN or Internet network access; To solve the customer service personnel in no network under the condition of information system field support problem; Customer service personnel can through the phones to get a full range of system support, real-time and background ERP or CRM system for data exchange, effectively improves the work efficiency; To provides a reference for the enterprise the development of mobile terminal information system.
