In recent years, intelligent health service is paid a great attention at home and abroad. And the research for mobile health service is popular in many universities and institutions. During to the powerful function and open system, android has become the main-stream among mobile terminal operating systems. Therefore, research for mobile health services based on Android will have a very important significance in achieving "all-human, all-time, all-around" smart health service.In this paper, a thorough research has carried on the architecture and features of the android operating system And a mobile health service model is established, in which the "person" as the main body, and "femily-community-hospital-government" as the synergy.The main contribution of this article is as following:Firstly, the mobile health service model is proposed and designed detailly; Secondly, the mobile health service model of "family-level"and the "community-level" are designed based on wireless network convergence of bluetooth and Wifi.Thirdly, the remote mobile health service model of "cloud platform-level" is designed and implemented based on Coud to Device Messaging of Android framework. Finally, an event-driven cluster-tree construction data-aggregation algorithm is designed for dealing the variety and heterogeneity of health datas.Finally, a software prototype system for mobile handed personal mobile health service is developed on android.In the system, many physiological datas such as blood pressure, blood sugar and ecg can be collected automaticly and transmissed.wirelessly through bluetooth. After testing, the system is worked with high effect and strong practicality. Therefore, it has a certain reference value to research and development for mobile health services in the field of smart health management.
