With the rapid development of economy,the business philosophy of enterprises have to shift from previous product centered to customer-focused.Postal service has a large customer base,and these big customers in customer for postal provides the main source of business income.With the strengthening of market competition,postal service must constantly improve the level of service for large customers,maintain and develop big customer.For this post urgent use the concept of customer relationship management to realize the management of the big customer.In this paper,under the background of the study,carried out the work of development and design of postal big customer information management system based on.Net technology.Firstly,research the existing related theory and system implementation of postal big customer relationship management system,the existing research mainly focused on the customer relationship management and customer relationship management(CRM),the main research is focused on the determination of big clients,how to find and maintain the customer is the main work content in postal big customer relationship management system.Aiming at this problem,by extracting system customer mail record in the main business system,for enterprise customers and a big customer of National People's Congress set different division standard and maintain method,to a great extent to find and sustain the postal big customers.The main research purpose of this paper is aimed at the postal mail business,design and develop a set of postal big customer information management system,to assist the postal better to find and customer relationship management.Intends to use the.net technology,using the method of software engineering to the system development.Around the purpose of this study,This article first to describe the concept of customer relationship management and customer relationship management(CRM),and describe the characteristics of customer relationship management(CRM)in postal;Second,the idea of the development of software engineering,the postal big customer information management system development needs analysis,based on the conducted postal big customer information management system architecture design,of the postal big customer information management system and main function module design,and then the system network structure,and the main functional modules of system implementation.Completed the realization of the system's major functions,achieving the target of the function of the system.Finally,to ensure the actual availability of the developed system,according to this article post big customer information management system design requirements and design goal,the design of this article post big customer information management system to carry out the testing work,through the design for postal big customer information management system of test cases,including functional test cases and test cases to complete interface of system function test and analysis in an all-round way.Test results show the effectiveness of the postal big customer information management system implementation and reliability.
