The Design And Implementation Of International Postal Information System

With the development of modern science and technology, it is more and more necessary to use related knowledge of information science and logistics information system to establish and perfect information system in international postal communication area, which is the important component of postal communication.The paper firstly discusses the current situation and problems of international mail processing and query, then the overall target according to the characteristics of the international postal information system, and gives the design pattern of using national center where mail information will be concentrated after processing in production branches. According to production and query, the national center is separated into two parts, one is "exchange center" for enquiry,statistics and management, the other is "data center" for data exchange from postal branches to national center. This system is divided into five subsystems from software structure. Production subsystem which is mainly realized uses two-level structure of center-branches mode, using TUXEDO to connect in logic. The realization of query system bases on J2EE structure, using Web Logic application server. At last, the paper gives the design of the security of the system.This system is based on the collection of information and mail processing, depending on post colligate network, using advanced computer and communication technology, improves the current situation and the service level, provides a feasible method which also has certain reference value to informatization of other postal business.
