The Implementation And Application Of Oracle APS Material Planning System In Household Electrical Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises

In order to improve the international competitiveness of manufacture enterprises, upgrading the supply chain management software has become the only way to raise the competitiveness of enterprises.By studying the status of a large electrical home appliances manufacturing enterprises in the china, this paper analyzes the problems of supply chain management system, as well as studies the literature of supply chain management system, the achievement of Oracle APS implementation and applications in the international advanced manufacturing enterprise. It's known that through application of APS Oracle material planning management system, it can solve the outstanding problems of enterprise supply chain planning management, build a senior supply chain planning system and improve the overall economic efficiency of enterprises.APS can also make up for the lack of ERP system planning function.Based on the Oracle AIM theory, collecting and analyzing enterprise supply chain planning issues and needs by interviews, using Oracle APS software technology as the foundation and Oracle APS standard functions and processes as the prototype as well as localization system design, this paper builds a more applicable Oracle APS material planning management system. And through the system test, it's shown that it can meet the needs of enterprise business.This paper establishes a S&OP planning system, it responses a market changes more efficiently, and it solves the problem of enterprise supply chain planning management effectively. The system establishes a multi organization and multi level group planning system, provides a more rational planning and decision-making data support, optimizes the allocation of resources and raises the overall effectiveness of the group's supply chain. Oracle APS system has implemented in a large home appliance manufacturing enterprise successfully. This system integrates the international APS management concepts and management process and combines the characteristics of the domestic appliance manufacturingenterprises. It can also provide reference for other manufacturing industries.
