The Design And Implementation Of Patient Follow-up Management System For QiLu Hospital

With the continuous improvement of living standards, as a big populous country, China has more and more population effect disease which can’t be radically cured. They need accept targeted therapy timely and report to the doctors constantly. Shandong is a big province of China. As one of the most authoritative hospital, Qilu hospital should attach importance to the follow-up work which is an important and indispensable part of the hospital. The previous way of follow-up in Qilu hospital is phone calls and text messages. People manage follow-up record in the computer, so the efficiency is low and can’t manage information comprehensively. In order to improve the management work efficiency Qilu hospital manage patient’s follow-up, we need to design and develop a new Qilu hospital patient follow-up management system.Through the analysis of system development business process and system data, we can get the security requirement and system stability requirements. Developers decide to use the advanced programming language called JAVA to write the code, and adopt the SSH frame to build the development architecture using the experience of domestic and foreign relevant systems. They use Hibernate framework and database to do the secure call to protect the secure data which the system store in runtime. This system uses B/S architecture to implement services layer, business layer and data access layer on the server, and implement implementation layer and communication layer on the client. It is a high cohesion and low coupling hospital patient follow-up management system. The system uses SQL SERVER 2012 as the system database.The system mainly achieves the functions of creating follow-up cases, case management, and doctor follow-up, follow-up library management, and system management. Creating follow-up cases includes operations of inputting basic information and formulating follow-up messages. Inputting Basic information cases is divided into basic information inputting, hospital medical information inputting and the doctor’s advice filling. Formulating follow-up messages includes message classification query, adding a follow-up message, modifying, deleting messages. Case management includes cases query, setting case state, deleting case, case query and follow-up management. Doctor’s follow-up includes message request, cases query, and initiative follow-up operations. Follow-up library management includes standardizing management, phrases management and text management. The operation of the system management is done by a system administrator, including user management, department user management, authority management and rest number query.The use of the system will provide a better management platform for the Qilu hospital for patients follow-up. It will improve the efficiency of the doctors on hospital patients’ follow-up, and effectively improve the doctor-patient relationship.
