Design And Development Of Educational Administration Management System Based On Distributed Database

University educational administration system that is used for managing for all types affairs of education-related is the main content of information construction in Colleges and universities, which plays an important role in improving teaching efficiency. Along with the advancement of the University's optimization and reformation, the same university often includes many campuses, the traditional centralized management system management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the use, and we must construct the university educational administration system based on the distributed database.In theory, aimed at the problem of high data redundancy and query efficiency in the centralized educational management system in multi campus educational management, the construction of basic data platform of the educational system using the distributed database technology had been put forward. The distributed database has the advantages of high reliability and high efficiency operation, which solves the key problems in the educational system development process, mainly includes:putting forward the scheme of distributed data query based on genetic algorithm in the field of data inquiry, the optimization of the query process and query efficiency has been improved by using genetic algorithm. To solve the problem of distributed database's data distribution, this paper use genetic algorithm and divide the database nodes of different campuses into clusters, through the establishment of fitness function, it the calculate total operation cost of data which are distribute in different clusters on and obtain the optimal data allocation scheme. This paper use XML technology and Web Service technology combination to realize data update operation and obtain a copy of stored data samples position by global data dictionary to update the data and relevant parameters for distributed database nodes and call service of Web Service, and to implement Synchronous updating of distributed database.In practice, according to the design scheme of the university educational administration system and using My SQL database management system, this paper realize the construction of the concrete structure. Through the analysis of the system function and performance requirements of the system, the functional structure,logical structure and physical deployment architecture of the school educational administration management information system are established. Using Java language,the main function modules of the system are realized in the integrated development environment, and the supporting function of the distributed database system for the educational administration system is analyzed. Finally, experiments show that the system function and performance index can meet the needs of the actual use.University educational administration management system has made full use of the platform of the data management capabilities, and improved the efficiency of educational administration. It has the higher application value in the multi-campus multi-departments universities. At the same time, the system optimizes the query process of the distributed database, and puts forward the optimization algorithm of the data distribution scheme, which has certain theoretical significance and application value.
