Zhejiang Police College is a s police talent cultivation professional college, the college undertakes in-service Police Training and police education work. At present, the educational administration work is increasing, which has the following problems: the informationization of the educational management is relatively backward; it unable to meet the college requirements. Therefore, the analysis of Zhejiang police college educational administration related management is analyzed; the administration management platform is researched and developed.According to demand of practical teaching work, the existing management information systems are integrated, new modules are developed, and finally the educational administration management system is formed. The following work is completed:The educational administration management work of Zhejiang Police College is understanded, the relevant requirements of the system are cleared. According to the needs of teaching affairs management, the role and specific function division are completed, using case diagram. At the same time, performance requirements of educational information platform are analyzed.According to each user of the educational administration management, all advantages of the existing structure are used; the hybrid structure of this system is formed.Using existing methods and techniques, the educational administration management system is coded and implemented, the system is completed which can manage the examination, teaching plan, graduates and other related educational information.This system has been used in Zhejiang Police College for nearly three months, the system runs in good condition, can realize electronic management of educational administration work, can share educational data. And the hybrid model can effectively meet the needs of different users.
