Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration Management System Of Shenyang Longtai School

With the continuous expansion of China’s education system reform, the number of students is increasing year by year, which brings great pressure to the school educational administration management work. In the face of a large number of student information, academic staffs have to focus on the query and processing of the data, there is no time to serve the school teachers and students. In addition, because the workload is relatively large, academic staff in the work will inevitably be wrong and will inevitably be inefficiencies. In order to solve these problems, the paper design and realize a school educational administration management system. The system can help teaching staff to educational administration work of school management, reduce the pressure on the staff, improve work efficiency, and make the educational administration personnel better for students and service.This system mainly manages the personnel, the curriculum, the examination, the graduation and so on. System consists of the following modules: system management module, basic information management module, course management module, job management module, examination management module, graduation management module, resource management module and the announcement module. The course management module management students learn the course information, arrange information, performance information etc.; examination management module management course examination arrangements, apply make-up and other information; graduate management module management of student graduation application and graduation thesis information.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1) This paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the system, analysis of the research status and the problems of the current educational administration work of the school.(2) This paper introduces the requirement analysis of the school educational administration system. First of all, this paper introduces the importance of software requirement analysis for software, and then analyzes the requirement of users through two aspects: functional requirements and non functional requirements. Then, the feasibility analysis is made to show that the development system is feasible. At last, this paper introduces the system user and authority distribution.(3) This paper introduced the design, implementation and testing of the system. In the design of the system, the main use of UML modeling technology, and through the timing diagram, E-R diagram, and other ways to clear the specific content of the design. In the development of the system, this paper mainly uses the ASP.NET technology; and using the three tier architecture as the overall framework of the system. In the deployment system, the server uses the operating system is Server Windows 2008.(4) This paper introduces the process of the test environment and test of the school teaching management system. The system test shows the function of the system is reasonable, can meet the needs of school educational administration.
