Planning And Achieving Of The Management System Of The Educational Administration Data Based On The VFP

This thesis mainly discussed the planning frame and achieving method for the Management System of the Educational Administration based on the VFP. Because of the shortcoming of the Management System of Educational Administration's at space-time applicability and high cost for development and maintenance, with a new design principle and open type, author have set up the system for data processing and management used in educational administration practice generally.Currently, that system is complemented nearly through the application of more than three years, Tally up as follows five characteristics through the applied practice in the management of educational administration:(1)The design of open type, breaked the closing tie limit of the traditional management system of educational administration, make this system be able to not only handle the VFP data, but also duct into and lead an EXCEL data, the WORD data and the Web data, raise up the share of the different type data greatly, avoid a repeated imputation at the same data, raise the efficiency of the management of educational administration availably.(2)The characteristic of many development integration mold can make the system more concrete for application at any time, also make this system have a dynamic state to expand an ability, and thus nicely to adapt the changing of the management of educational administration.(3)The development tool to the system adopt is strong for function, in brief easy to learn, the customer easy to origin the system control with the usage, extensive VFP database application procedure. Thus, it is possible for customer in using this system, according to applied need; add a new mold piece by oneself.(4)Through the Management System of Educational Administration, it wised the applied field of this system, it not only satisfy need of the automation processing to various educational administration work data information, and also in other management departments in the school. (5)This system mainly applied in the operation environment of the single machine, avoided the network discharge limit and the slow respond influence in multi-user server, make the system have a high-efficiency in the network environmentThis system ,according to the data processing of many development integration methods, makes it not only to satisfy the need of the management work for educational administration ,but also attend to data handling in concrete educational administration This design resolved the space-time adaptability for current system ,lowers the cost greatly for system development and maintenance.
