Research And Implementation Of Comprehensive Educational Administration System Based On Data Mining

With the rapid development of the computer era, the use and analysis of thedatabase are used more and more popular in all fields, so the database hasbecome more and more common for the human society, which plays a more andmore important role. Up to now, the ability of comprehensive analysis and assistantdecision-making capabilities of teaching management information system inmany colleges and universities are relatively low, which mainly reflected theold system can not comprehensively analyze the data accumulated in thedatabase. We hope that bringing the advanced data mining technology into thecomprehensive educational administration system in the present to inject newvitality into the old system, so as to improve the teaching ability of the manager’sdecision, so the accumulation of data resources can be very good to be fully utilized.Application of data mining in educational administration will be the focusof this thesis. Combine the widely used data and association rules in dailyteaching, establishing a new system of educational administration system based ondata mining, finally design program and functions of new system implementation. Inthe design of educational management system based on data mining, this papermainly operates from the following aspects: firstly, through the process ofrequirement analysis, system design, system implementation, design and realize theeducational administration management of educational administration system,human resources and data management, and teaching management. Secondly,analyzing and improving the traditional association rules algorithm, associationrules mining algorithm used in this paper.Thirdly, set a secondary vocational school as an example, using the system toanalyze the source data and geographical distribution of excellent students andthen on the basis of this information, analyzing the students’ gender, age andtheir learning achievement to see whether there is any relationship among them. Theconclusion includes vocational school students mainly from eastern area; most of thevocational school students are boys; the boys major in electronic commerce do notqualified, boys from other professional categories qualified; the percentage ofstudent achievement unqualified in western area are higher than the eastern region; vocational secondary schools, the achievement of all students, which belongsto the "elite" level are the minority.Generally speaking, the integrated interface design, database design and datapreprocessing is the main content of the educational administration managementsystem based on data mining. The application of data mining in educationaladministration management system can correctly guide the academic work, solve theproblem of how to organize teaching, analysis and guide the management of theSenate, which provides a method of analysis and research ideas for the educationaladministration work.
