With the information technology are developing rapidly, the world goes into the era of the Internet economy, and this also bring the Electronic Commerce. The formation of the e-commerce makes the competition between companies becoming increasingly fierce, the traditional marketing have been unable to meet the needs of rapid development, Online marketing has gradually become the most important marketing mode. Like traditional marketing, Online marketing also need many resources, how to integrate a wide range of marketing activities to reduce costs and improve efficiency has become the most important target in company.Based on the study of the various e-commerce company's marketing strategy, and also with its marketing activities for the practical purpose, we first design a business model to meet the vast majority of the marketing activities, and in accordance with the business model, research and design an e-commerce marketing platform which can let the non-technology person to create a complete marketing activities for specific groups, and also has a weak coupling. The e-commerce marketing platform's main design idea is to separate all the marketing process into a main processes and several function modules, the main processes control the marketing activities, and the functional modules provide specific functions, the module can independently developed and upgrade without affecting the marketing platform. In addition to the marketing platform's system framework, we use the data mining technology, like decision tree algorithm to keep old customers, the clustering algorithm to improve customer satisfaction, to describe how the marketing platform select people for various marketing needs in data warehouse; this paper also describes the ad delivery system in this marketing platform, analyze a variety strategies of ads delivery and the delivery process,.
