Design And Implementation Of Material Purchasing Management System

Purchasing is an integral part of the enterprise production operations.To reduce production costs and improve product quality,the system management for purchasing has important significance.With the traditional manual procurement management style showing more disadvantages,bring procurement activities into information management and establish a dedicated procurement management system become the vast majority of business needs.Procurement management system is of great significance to provide decision support,standard purchasing process,and improve the purchasing efficiency.This project develop a materiel procurement management system for the China Guangdong Nuclear Power Research Institute.Through field research,It is found that there are some problems, such as the procurement process is not standardized, the procurement process is opaque, the purchasing documents and data are not easy to inquire,employee communication inconvenience and blind supplier selection.In this paper, through the deep communication with the engineers and purchasing staffs of CGN, we define the specific needs of the institute for procurement management system,including the purchasing business process analysis and the analysis of system function and performance.On the basis of demand analysis, the overall system architecture, database and system function modules are designed in detail.For the problem of confusion supplier evaluation,through the analysis of many references and detailed communication with purchasing experts,we determine the supplier evaluation index system which based on quality, price, delivery, communication and supplier status and use the method of expert scoring to quantify the evaluation..Then,this paper use one of the deep learning model which called automatic encoder to set the model of supplier evaluation,and get accurate results on supplier evaluation.Through the complete user needs analysis, the overall design and programming,we finally realized the procurement management system.In software testing, commissioning and actual operation,this purchasing management system shows good performance.At the same time, it also has a standardized procurement business logic and friendly user experience.
