Electronic information equipment manufacturing industry is a highly globalization.Along with the advancement of global economic integration accelerate,domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises face increasing the degree of competition in the market.Purchasing management as an important part of enterprise value chain,either from the perspective of cost and quality,or from the date of delivery and agility,all have very important sense to the promotion of the competitiveness of the enterprise.With the focus on the topic of purchasing management,and the example of S company's as the research object,based on the theories of business process reengineering,procurement cost control,inventory management,supplier management,this dissertation analyzed the current status of S company's purchasing management,and point out the main problems of purchasing management and consequently proposed the solution from five sides: the procurement process,procurement cost,L/T,inventory management and supplier management.On purchasing process side,through the improvement of the procurement process,achieved the aim to share information and improve the efficiency of procurement;On L/T management side,through the optimization and MRP function segment and regular stock inventory,shorten the L/T of material;On purchasing cost side,puts forward the negotiation with suppliers before require suppliers to provide cost structure analysis to regularly invite same category suppliers quotation to ensure that the purchase price is not higher than the industry average level;On inventory control side,bring in JIT&VMI purchasing to reduce inventory effectively;On supplier management side,to establish a win-win partnership with suppliers,and set up the supplier's performance evaluation and incentive mechanism.Through a series of improvement scheme of preliminary practice,make the company S procurement management operations more efficient,improve the product quality,improve the on time delivery rate,a set of expected improvement goal,finally to achieve company S purchasing total cost optimization.It is believed that the research on purchasing management improvement of S company will be a good reference for similar international and domestic enterprises and benefit them to improve their purchasing management.
