In addition to the most residential tenants seeking more secure, comfortable, place of community living environment, stimulate the intelligence community for the development of new services and innovation.Since most of the current number of smart cell system only considers the cell property management services, as well as a simple security system for safety and energy-saving green building intelligent community involved in the field of very few, besides the ambassador of cell size and number building green intelligent community meaning more prominent, to develop a comprehensive energy management and green energy intelligent community management system will have better market competitiveness, and promote space. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented a set of intelligent community management system.Firstly, the intelligent community building process, smart green cell and district resident’s demand for new services are introduced. We analyze the current situation of the research and development of domestic intelligence cell function contains. Comprehensive analysis of the target system is designed in this paper. And then combined with the concept of intelligent community system components and system analysis concepts and implementation techniques. The intelligent community management system composed of five modules, they are the lighting system, energy consumption analysis, public security, information services, and system management module. We start from the system requirements analysis, detailed design, system design, system implementation and test. Through these five modules, the system implements a set of energy calendars, security monitoring, and information services in one of the intelligence community management system.
