In recent years,with the development of the integration of mobile communications and the Internet,the concept of "smart city" came into people's life.As a microcosm of “smart city”,intelligent community brings advanced technologies into the life of the community,such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing.It has improved the problems of low community management efficiency and inconvenient living services in the traditional communities,and realized a transformation and upgrade of the traditional community.This paper takes the current popular smart mobile terminal as an entry point,integrating the advantages of high convenience and high privacy of mobile communication into the community service system,to provide residents with an intelligent living service,comfortable and convenient living environment.Comprehensively considering the functional and non-functional requirements of the community,the paper designs a complete set of intelligent community electricity management system.This system not only provides residents with intelligent living services,but also provides convenient and convenient management for community managers.The design of the system mainly includes the architecture design of the intelligent community power management system,the design of the database,and the client software design.The architecture design of the system is mainly based on communication protocols including HTTP and Modbus,and related technologies,such as the Internet of Things,message middleware technology,Tomcat server,etc.It designs a system architecture based on the Internet of Things and introduces important components of the system,including Cloud servers,smart mobile terminals,etc.This paper has also designed another important component of the system-smart electricity service system,through distributed photovoltaic power generation and other key technologies.Then this paper explains in detail the analysis and design of the various components of the system,including photovoltaic power generation systems.Besides,the cloud server in the system uses Active MQ to decouple the various subsystems to realize the reliable transmission of messages between subsystems.The server adopts the Spring Boot architecture technology to implement the REST style,and uses the JSON data format to interact with the client.The design of the database in the system uses the most popular relational data management system My SQL.The design and implementation of client software is based on a hybrid development approach,called Ionic+Angular JS development technology,which enables cross-platform development.The client adopts the MVC architecture style.Through the analysis of the needs of residents,property management personnel,and maintenance workers,the system relizes many functions including smart homes,smart grids,smart buildings,property centers,video surveillance,pass codes,etc.The client uses Angular's core $http service to perform reliable data transfer with the server-side database,and the websocket client enables low-latency playback of video surveillance.The intelligent community service system based on APP is a great change from the core of technology to the service of people.It provides a good reference for the traditional community service system.
