With the rapid development of Communications Technology and the continuousimprovement of people’s living standard, traditional community can’t meet the needs ofmodern living intelligence demands of the residents. Intelligent community is producedin recent years and rapidly raised to a new type of housing group, which combines withThe Internet of Things(IOT),networking,architecture and intelligent management.Intelligent community provides the safe, comfortable and convenient housingenvironment for the residents, which is the trends of the future development of thecommunity. Green, low-carbon, secure, reliable, fast and efficient modern intelligentcommunity with the high-tech communication equipments has great prospects.This paper mainly studies the intelligent community management and the presentdevelopment of IOT technologies at home and abroad, has an in-depth analysis ofresidential present property management system, designs a green energy-savingsoftware platform based on intelligent community of IOT. The system platform is basedon Microsoft Visual Studio2010as develop tools and Microsoft SQL Server2008asdatabase development platform. In order to meet the functional need of the propertymanagement of the conventional software, this paper increases the function of devicemanagement, files transfer, public security and other modules from the actual needs ofthe intelligence community management.This paper systematically researches short-term forecasting method of thecommunity electricity consumption, develops data forecast system, which usesWinston’s linear and seasonal exponential smoothing forecasting model based on NMF.According to historical consumption data of community residents, this system predictsthe qualities of the future electrical consumption in the short term more accurately.Besides, the green energy-saving systems is developed, the system collects a largequantity of electrical energy-saving knowledge from expert advice, professional books,user experience, Web knowledge and other ways, these knowledge is analyzed andarranged to establish energy conservation information knowledge base, which isdesigned for deliver energy saving concepts to community users. Based on theseenergy-saving knowledge, community residents combine with the actual situation oftheir own to adjust the electrical equipment, the electrical load of the whole community can be mitigated, which makes the community become the green intelligent community.
