With the rapid development of Internet technology, online stores are gradually used by many people, shopping online consumption accounts for more and more percent of the total consumption. With the continuous development of the site, the users' exception to the shopping website has been gradually improved, a lot of shopping websites only stay in the original way to meet the foundational demand for shopping, the human-computer interaction is not paid much attention to.Although the QFD theory has been developed, but current researches are mostly concentrated on the aspects of process improvement, medical facilities, service improvement, the research and application of QFD theory in the design of shopping website is very few, this paper uses QFD theory and human-computer interaction theory in the research of online shopping website, analysis of a large number of questionnaire and interview to the online shoppers are used to get the customers' needs, the shop consumer demands are summarized and classified, the customer weights are acquired and ranked through the AHP method.Then the correlation matrix between design quality elements and user demand is obtained. Through the analysis of the competitive advantages based on contrast analysis of the websites, website designers can make sure the important customer demand and improve the design focusing on the needs.Through the study of QFD on online shopping site, it shows that the top five customer needs are: “Payment security”, “Security of privacy”, “Delivery security”, “Authenticity of pictures” and “Webpage typesetting”. These five needs should be taken into account to set up the planned target levels for the shopping website. QFD data analysis shows that the five most important elements are: “Alliance with banks or post offices”, “Webpage layout”, “Alliance with convenience stores”, “Enhancement of password encryption” and “Bookmarks of products viewed by customers”. These are the five elements that should be improved in order to achieve the planned target levels. Website designers should pay more attention to the above elements to improve the quality of the website.
