With the arrival of the experience economy, publishing industry has been affected to varying degrees, the user experience of publishing press website has been given more and more concern. Many scholars have done a lot of theoretical research and practical exploration on website user experience both in and abroad, but the research on the publishing press is rare. Through the literatures that have been searched, this field has not yet formed a theoretical system and also has very large development space; In practice, a lot of publishing press website have been successfully put into operation, but there still exist many problems.By collecting large amounts of data on website user experience both in and abroad, combined with the development status of publishing press website in China and based on the functional perspective of publishing press website user experience, this paper grasps the various factors that influence on the press website, extracts the effect of press website user experience evaluation index system of influencing factors and puts forward some scientific and rational suggestions on the design of official press website in order to attract more users and expand its influence. analyze the using of the website and perception and emotional aspects of information systems on the course website, content, design, functionality, processes and services produced by the reaction in depth, that is to say the thoughts, done, a sense of the instincts, behaviors and comprehensive reflection of the psychological, including beliefs, feelings, preferences, cognitive aspects of impression, physiological and psychological reactions, behavior and achievements.as well the impact of the user experience on the official website publishing functions that affect the reputation of the website, the impact of the promotion of the website, the website affect profitability, the impact of optimizing the website. It also compares with the advanced practice of foreign publishers official website, and use many subject knowledge for reference, for instance publishing, communication science, fine arts, science e-commerce, interactive design and user psychology school, as well as design-related publishing official website theoretical knowledge.
