| With the development of science technology,the improvement of network and the changing of information dissemination,the era of We Media has already come.Under Web2.0,the We Media users can speak freely on the internet to express their views and opinions beyond the restriction of time and space.There are large amounts of we media resources come out constantly.We Media,a significant part of the cultural heritage,can reflect social changes,people's production and living and record history.Meanwhile,We Media belongs to the network resources,which can easily emerge and easily vanished.Therefore,it is necessary to long-term preserve the We Media resources for realizing the long-term availability of We Media resources.In addition,because of the massive amounts and varieties of resources and the deficiency of network supervision mechanism,all of these make people can't tell the truth from the false.If save all of the We Media resources,it will cause a lot of unnecessary duplication and false information.This paper focuses on preserving the We Media resources for providing the basis for long-term availability of We Media resources practice.Firstly,based on the analysis and reference of existing research results,the writer modify and improve the evaluation parameters with experts by using Delphi method and graded the importance of parameters.Secondly,selected indices are endowed with weights by means of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)so that a long-term preserving media evaluation system can be designed.Finally,the paper took examples to test feasibility of the evaluation system.This paper studies on We Media resource evaluation in order to achieve long-term preserving resources and combines information assessment theory with We Media resources.Although the builded evaluation system to some degree is similar with previous network assessment system,which evaluates We Media resources from a new perspective.This can furnish some references for future. |
