Research On Economic Problems Of Long-term Preservation Of Digital Resources

The long-term preservation of digital resources is a dynamic process.Although digital resources have a large number,are easy to disappear,are easily damaged,and their values change with time,digital resources provide great opportunities for our lives.The convenience has even changed our lives to some extent,so we must preserve digital resources.At present,there are two major categories of digital resources,one is technical research;the other is non-technical research.In terms of technology,the main research is on the technologies,methods,and systems for the preservation of digital resources;on the non-technical side,the main research is on the intellectual property,risk management,and cost-influencing factors involved in the preservation of digital resources.However,research on any project must have a steady and steady source of funding.We only study the factors that affect the cost.We also consider that we can invest in the benefits and introduce waiting options.However,the actual application is very limited.On the basis of the predecessors,some new ideas have been added,such as the influence of user needs,patents,late-stage promotion,and the participation of volunteers on the preservation of digital resources.This article consists of the following six parts:The first part,introduction.This paper puts forward the long-term preservation of digital resources and the research significance and purpose,analyzes the current research status and research methods used in this field at home and abroad,and describes the innovative points and ideas of the research.The second part defines the economic issues of long-term preservation of digital resources.First of all,it elaborates concepts such as digital resources,long-term preservation,migration,simulation and updating,as well as defining the economic issues of this paper,and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of long-term preservation of digital resources;The third part analyzes the impact on the long-term preservation ofdigital resources economic issues from the perspective of both cost and benefitsIn the fourth part,we will learn about some representative projects in the field of digital resources conservation in foreign countries and summarize them in order to provide some references to domestic digital resource conservation projects;In the fifth part,we will give some economic strategies in light of China's situation in the preservation of digital resources.The sixth part,conclusion.
