In recent years, the Internet industry has many hot concept, cloud computing, networking,big data, mobile Internet, and with the fall of these concepts, show that the IT technology has been all over the traditional industries. The degree of information of domestic enterprises in China are gradually moving toward modernization and high efficiency, the establishment of various application systems, the objective is to improve the enterprise management ability in some aspects, such as office automation system, human resources management system, financial system, customer relationship management system etc.. In a highly competitive environment, the core competitiveness of enterprise development is talent, talent holds the core of intellectual property rights, basic information, archives information of staff management, is the enterprise talent, an important basic work to tap the potential of talent, so the development of a number of personnel file management system is a combination of enterprise development, is to be imperative.As the business continues to expand, the number of employees will continue to increase, job descriptions are constantly refined, also increase the management requirements of personnel archives management. How to manage the enterprise internal staff file information, efficient implementation of macro management and the ability of mining staff of enterprises and institutions, personnel structure and the development trend of statistics, analysis and planning,formulate feasible personnel management policy, is a heavy and difficult task.This paper from the actual needs of enterprises of the personnel archives management, using Web technology, using Visual Studio 2012 development platform, combined with Microsoft database system SQL Server 2008, the construction of digital personnel file management system.The main function of the system was as follows: personnel file entry module, staff information query module, staff care module, system settings module, statistics module, print module and system help. Among them, the personnel file entry module of the main file information to add,modify, delete, backup and recovery function; information query module mainly realizes through the Department, and the university one is graduated from native place, residence and other conditions of the archives retrieval conditions, can also enter the keyword complete accurate retrieval of Archival information; statistics module statistics and output operation related information to employees; system setting module is used for information management, user role permissions, system parameter settings and other functions.
